Purchased Upgrade to Scaler 3.2 Nov 27th 2025 via Plugin Boutique. Downloaded and installed Scaler 3.2 on my Windows 10 Pro. Copied serial no (Termed “Redeem Code”) from Plugin Boutique and pasted it on Scaler 3 (standalone version) in the field “serial no”. Received Error “Couldn’t Activate License”. WTF?? Shouldn’t this be the first thing you check in Q.A.?? Need an answer ASAP
Hi @jccube . Your redeem code supplied by Plugin Boutique is only used to redeem your Scaler 3 purchase to your Scaler Music account. Once your purchase is redeemed in your Scaler Music account, your Scaler 3 license code will be available to you there, which issued to activate Scaler 3.
