I know this is a Plugin Boutique problem. I have opened a support ticket. I am curious if this is happening widely. I bought the scaler 2 → scaler 3 upgrade at Plugin Boutique, tried to active scaler 3 and the license I got gets rejected!
Hi looks like you have a redeem code which you need to follow the instructions provided by PIB to redeem that code at scalermusic.com which will add Scaler 3 and a license to your account at Scaler Music. This is from our chatbot:
It sounds like you may have a redeem code instead of a serial number. Here’s how to activate Scaler 3 after purchasing from Plugin Boutique:
1. Go to your Scaler Music account dashboard.
2. Click on the “Redeem” link.
3. Enter the code you received from Plugin Boutique.
4. Once redeemed, the serial number should appear in your “My Products” section.
5. Use that serial number to activate Scaler 3.
