Can Not Activate Scaler 3

I purchased Scaler 3 (upgrade from Scaler 2) on March 26 from PlugIn Boutique. Since then, I haven’t been able to activate Scaler 3. I’ve copied and pasted the serial number and I get a message saying that I am using a trial version. I am extremely frustrated and do not know what to do. I am using Logic Pro 10.7.9.

Have you created an account at Scaler Music - Home to Scaler 2, Scaler 3, Scaler EQ, DC Snares ?

You need to do that and then use your serial number there.

I created the account, but never used my serial number there. I will try it. Thanks!
