Is there a another way to receive Support?

I downloaded and installed Scaler 3 the day after it was released and I’ve still yet to be able to use it.

I open it in Logic Pro X and the window says “Welcome to Scaler 3”. Activate the Plugin with you serial number. This is a trial version of Scaler 3, you have 0 days remaining"

When I enter my serial number in and press the “Activate Scaler 3” button, the window then says “Couldn’t Activate Licence: Activation license key not found. This is a trial version of Scaler 3, you have 0 days remaining”

(License is actually spelled incorrectly in the message by the way just in case anyone needs to know that)

So. Where do I go from here?

I can’t search the forum anymore because it’s very frustrating attempting to find something amongst so may various post and threads.

How do I get help from someone who can fix my issue?

It’s a known problem and plenty of posts on here about it. Support may pick it up from here but in your account at scalermusic.com you can submit a support ticket.

So do I just wait for them to reply here or do I need to submit another Support ticket via the website(i’ve done that once at least already as well).

Any recollection of what the resolution was in those other instances that were presented previously?

Sadly, I don’t really recall the details. Most of the problems were in the first few days after release where the scalermusic servers were overwhelmed and people were getting locked out of their account, or ran out of activations that they hadn’t used or similar. Mostly it was support manually stepping in and sorting it.

Bear in mind much of the team are on Australian time so responses can be a bit slow.

Ahhh…Okay. Very good to know.

I did experience those troubles as well.
Once I made it through those, this one still lingers.
