user data access error with Electra 2

I’m experiencing a user data access error with Electra 2, and it’s failing to launch/register. Scaler 3 works completely fine. The ~/Library directory is present, and I’ve tried manually adding the directory path multiple times to force Electra 2 to recognize it, but it still won’t work. Any ideas on how to fix this?

HI @Dotje Have you installed Carbon Electra 2.0.3? If not please go to your Scaler Music account to download it under ‘My Products’ and let us know if you have issues. You should not have a user preset folder in two places:
~Library/Application Support/Scaler Music
~Library/Scaler Music
Potentially delete those two folders and run 2.0.3
