Track creation by Mood restricts motion selection

Im not sure if this expected behaviour or not. Once I create a track and choose a performance, there is no way to back out of that choice and select something different. The only available options are within the existing choice or deleting the track and starting over. So in this example, once I have chosen Mood / Beautiful / I can only change at the next level (Sequences / Phrases etc). Choosing a new mood requires deleting the track and choosing the mood again.

Hi @jeffreyk, thanks for your post. This isn’t expected behaviour – creating a track by Mood shouldn’t limit you to motions of that mood only. This has been added to our list of improvments. Cheers.

Hi @jeffreyk

This has been fixed in Scaler 3.3.0.

You’re no longer restricted to the initial Motion type that was selected when creating a track. You can now create, load and perform different Motion types, including Mood, without needing to delete and recreate the track.

You can download the 3.3.0 installers from Scaler Music (under My Products).

You can also check out the complete changelog and our video covering the new features. Cheers.
