If I’m in the Arrange section, and I’ve created a new Melody track and I choose one of the various options, say “Color 1.” Can I somehow change that to “Color 2” within that newly created Melody track, or do I have to create yet another Melody track and choose “Color 2,” effectively having two different Melody tracks in the Arrange Panel?
Hi @brado09 and welcome to the forum. Of course. You know have full flexibility to mix and match Motions however you please:
Yes you can. Cut up the clip into multiple bits with the scissor tool then you can select each bit individually and change the motion (and other stuff) with the side bar in the lower pane. That side bar scrolls so there are more tweaking options that you might initially think. The voicing option at the very bottom is well worth playing with.
