On the Scaler website I used the bot for help. It referred me to the contact@ email address for help. So, I send an email. Only to receive a reply telling me they don’t give support on that address. Epic!

Hi @DTHMR welcome to the forum and apologies for any confusion. The bot is still in training and seems a little over eager to direct people to the contact email address, which will be addressed. For help with your redeem code you will need to submit a support ticket via your Scaler Music account. If you include your entire redeem code in the support ticket, the support team should be able to assist you.
