Scaler 3 standalone ASIO support...

Hello Community - I’m having trouble with the Standalone version (v3.2) and ASIO support. I have an interesting situation…I have two systems and two activations of the same version Scaler 3.

  1. Desktop system - Windows 11. Various MIDI input devices (Roli rise, Roli Blocks, Roli Lumi, Novation Launchkey 49 and the good ‘ol Akai MPK 61). Audio interface = Behringer UMC404HD. The standalone version of Scaler 3 when set to the Behringer UMC driver and ASIO…the program works fine. :+1:

  2. Laptop system - Windows 11. Native instruments Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2 MIDI input. Audio interface = MOTU M2. The standalone version of Scaler 3 when set to the MOTU driver and ASIO…the program crashes. :-1:

I’ve checked the MOTU driver…it is up to date.

Used as a plugin (PreSonus Studio One 7; Plogue Bidule) it works fine on both systems.

This is kind of frustrating. I feel like I have to be a NASA engineer to figure some of this stuff out…
