Hey everyone,
Scaler 3 not showing up in Reaper as a VST instrument on a Win10, 64-bit PC, however no problem with Scaler 2 and it works as standalone app.
Please, any help?

Welcome to the forum. This is a strange problem.
Can you describe what exactly happens?
You can also check if Scaler 3 is correctly installed:
Please open FX Browser (Shift + F, if not open) and set filter to Scaler 3 (1)
Can you rescan the plugins in Reaper?
If Scaler 3 is still not found, can you verify if Scaler 3.vst can be found in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Scaler 3.vst3\Contents\x86_64-win.
When we find if it was correctly installed, we shall be able to further investigate the issue.

I have no problem on Reaper 7.38 (the current version) Can you confirm that you have rescanned the plugins after installing Scaler, please?

However, I did it from the ‘Options’ menu choosing the ‘Show if left pane list’ and after ‘Clear cache and re-scan all plugins’.
Learned that scan is not working from the ‘FX’ menu.

Yeah, the fastest way is right-click on the Filter, then Scan for new plugins.
When Browse FX window is docked, there is no FX and Options so that’s how I remembered to right-click on Filter
