Is there a way of replacing the chord’s length as well as the chord itself.

Yes, there are ways to do what you ask.
Chord’s length can be easily changed in Main Track, by selecting a new value from the list at the top right hand side and drag the right border of the chord left or right to make it smaller or bigger for the selected value:
Chord itself can be edited on Explore page, in Circle of Fifths section:
Right-click on the chord you want to edit and change it by using the virtual keyboard at the bottom of the Scaler 3 window. Then go to the next one, if you need, or go elsewhere in the interface e.g. listen to your melody in the Main Track.
