There doesn’t seem to be a way in which I can change the motions within a chord progression in scaler 3.via the main track.
In Scaler 2, I could select , for example, a eight bar pattern with alternating performances and drag and dop as one midi track in my DAW. Whereas in Scaler 3, I send the main track to two sketch progressions with the respective alternating motions and drag them piecewise to get the same result.
Or am I missing something?
I have the same question, albeit for a slightly different use case - binding midi notes to chords. There does not appear to be a workaround either as key switches for selecting sketch progressions are not available as they are for pattern selection in the Pad screen in Scaler 2.
Hey @badlands You can expose the BIND lanes and MIDI Map them to switch between lanes. We are trying to avoid keyswitches as they caused quite a few issues in S2 with getting in the way of instrument/library based keyswitches like those in Kontakt for example.
