Is there a way to capture MIDI notes in Scaler 3 that I am playing on my MIDI keyboard? Apologies if this question a has been asked a million times

For context, I use Reaper as my DAW, but I imagine these steps apply to almost any DAW. Live midi input on the arrange page is coming to scaler early November. That should make this method obsolete. Does anyone know how to get the tutorial page to stop loading?It loads every single time I load scaler, no matter what i’ve uninstalled everything or so.I think I reinstalled the new version and it still comes. I’ve done it like three times it’s still there. It gives it me the option and says, do you want to turn it off and I say, yes, but it still comes every time.Is there an uninstalled method that i’m not doing? I uninstall it and then I go to the user folder roaming.And I delete it, there.Is there something i’m missing?

Hey BDS24,

I have had scaler get stuck on me a couple of times and I had to manually delete the setting file and state file. Scaler evidently recreates these files on startup which may fix your issue. Search your computer to all instances of these files. To be safe I would rename (not delete) these files just in case you need to restore them. Also, great news about live MIDI thanks!
