Keys-Lock and not the chord

Hello, first time posting here. I’m just discovering this super nice Scaler2 which I own since few weeks.
I would like to know if I can trigger the chords in my progression of choice, while not hearing it. Because I would like to use the Keys-Lock feature and hearing only those notes following the triggered chord. But not the chord itself…
I hope It makes sense, sorry my English!
Thanks in advance!

Try to use the 2 bottom options of the Keys-lock menu, and you should listen the notes you play only
Clearly, you have to hit the keys in the green key area only

Hey there, thanks for your reply. Those last two were actually my focus choice…but what I achieved is not what I was searching for.
Because I would like to play those notes but they have to change following the triggered chord. But when the chord is triggered, then it gets heard. And it is not what I need. Only solution that comes to my mind is to leave it as it is and then later editing the midi roll, erasing those chords and leaving only the notes played in the green area.
But maybe I am just missing something?

+++EDIT+++
I completely overlooked those two green keys to mute/unmute chord!!!

thank you a lot!

Yes, sorry if I forgot to mention that you had to mute chords, after having selected the correct keys-lock items
Lukily enough you spotted it
cheers

Nevertheless, I found that you can also use the other items, as far as you desync Scaler from you DAW

In other words, if you desync and then you use the 3 higher items in the Keys-Lock menu, you’l listen che series of chords one time only
But after that, you will be able to use tons of keys for solos, not just the regular 2 octaves

I found that this works quite well, but not always, likely based on the scale selected

I have made a mini-tutorial about that
