Daw synch issue

I’ve just created a 16 bar orchestral piece in Scaler 3 but when I transferred the separate tracks to my DAW (I use FL Studio) it sounds jumpy and not smooth as the original in Scaler 3. I have no idea why? I did remove the arpeggios from the chords (there is also a chord follow track which sounds fine) but I’m wondering if the accompanying phrase is not compatible with the DAW but I can’t see why not.

I have just realised what I have to do when I play the piece of music in my DAW - switch off DAW sync. Silly me. I knew it would be simple. I’ve a lot to learn with Scaler 3
