Just reporting this has been fixed. It was due to a large amount of account registrations in a small period. Retrigger emails are being sent out. Sorry for any delay in getting you Scaler 3

No email received (and hour after Davide advises problem resolved) and now locked out of the site (access forbidden message), but can access the forum.
Same here. Iāve tried registering two times, but I havenāt received any email⦠Unfortunately, It seems that the problem has not been resolved yet.
Maybe itās a matter of waiting some more hours, but I wonāt try to register again for fear of getting locked out of the web until we get more feedback from support.
I hope the problem can be definitely fixed soon.

Can you explain what the solution is or what I should do since I have still not received a response after making a scalermusic.com account with two different email addresses?
In each instance I just continue to get āUnknown email address. Check again or try your usernameā
I just started again from scratch and created a new account with the same email address and an updated password and it worked OK. Registered OK and managed to get Licence number and able to install.
Probably the poorest registration experience to date though for any purchased software, but got there eventually.

Canāt even contact support because you need an account. This whole upgrade has been messy.
Thereās another topic about this problem where some possible solutions are being suggested:
I can confirm that I tried creating the account from my phone and it worked OK! But I donāt know why⦠@Scribbles also confirms this, so you may try it.
Also, in that same topic, @Freakinarteest suggests to turn off any ad-blocker in the browser. That may also work.

I got activated. FYI, Firefox does NOT work at all (with or without an ad blocker). I had to use Chrome. Worked fine in Chrome.
I bought upgrade to Scaler 3 on pluginboutique and instructions told me to register for an account on scaler music, which I tried doing, but I am not getting any confirmation email. I tried with 2 different emails and there is nothing in my spam folders. HELP.
I have the exact same problem and now after several tries I am locked out of their site. Wonderful.

Tried couple of times, no activation e-mail, no information, searched spam box⦠WTF?!
Any idea what I could do? Canāt contact support - in order to do so I have to login first. Funny, reallyā¦
Had the same problem on a Mac. After some time while checking for the email on my phone I decided to try the create an account again on my phone. There was an extra field asking for a user name. Filled this in and an email was sent immediately.

Can confirm this fix worked from my iPhone. No extra field āusernameā appeared for me though. I too am REALLY pumped for having yet ANOTHER log in too, so thanks for that.
This fix works! Iāve just tried creating the account again with my mobile phone and Iāve received the confirmation email instantly!

Tried setting up my new account to download S3 and never received the promised āWeāll be in touch shortlyā email from scaler music. Grr.
Applied again. Still nothing (and yes, i looked in my spam folder, over and over). Arggh!
Tried turning off my ad blocker, applied for an account, and a couple of new bits of the account setup page were visible on my third try. Filled them in, submitted the form, and voila! Instant email response (in my spam folder, but hey, they SENT it). Ahhh.
Iām now in, and S3 is on my system.
If youāre running an ad blocker, try disabling it for scalermusic.com . It may help. cheers!
