Can't Activate Scaler 3 - Account email not received _ now locked out of the Scaler website

Hi

Purchased Scaler 3 though Plugin Boutique
Tried to Redeem by opening an account - confirmation email did not arrive and now I am locked out of the scaler website.
Please advise

I have the same problem :frowning: Already tried it several times and even used an alternative email.

Same, they must be having issues.

Same here, also tried different browsers with alternative email accounts. Strangely the activation email to register on this forum worked without problem. Would be grateful if someone from the Scalermusic team could confirm there’s a problem.

Just tried again got into site - tried to create account
Looks like some activity then gives me this page

as i can see censorship works here but not the registration … + my “abbreviation” was absolutely harmless and aptly…good job👍 god save X…

Same here. Plus, I don’t remember needing to jump thru such hoops when I purchased Scaler 2. I need a status update, or I want a refund. Had to join this forum just to access some form of the companies page to establish contact.

I can see that all. Rest assured it’s 6am here in Australia and our web developers will be up soon and I am sure it will be resolved in a few hours. So sorry! I’ll come back with an update.

Hey! Try this… Sign up to Scaler’s page with a new email address. I did that, and received a confirmation email immediately. I was then able to register the product on their site with the serial provided, and then download directly from their page. Entered the serial into the application once it loaded and BOOYAH!! Lol Works like charm now.
