Plugin Boutique Upgrade / Account Creation Issue

Hello,

I believe I redeemed my plugin boutique upgrade serial number but no email confirmation was sent back to me from Scaler Music so I am unable to sign in to the account I created.

Hi @Bodhisattva007 You shouldn’t need an email confirmation. Just log in to your account with your email and password you used when registering. You should have Scaler 3 and license in your Dashboard.

I am trying to create an account to redeem Scaler 3 but all I get is message “Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly.” How to fix this? I have tried different web browsers, phone, laptop but no luck.

Same here. I even had to re-register on the forum to be able to post here (I already had a forum login since Scaler 1).

[EDIT:] The old forum was a different URL, so that explains that!

Also, any extra details you can share — like which browser you’re using, whether you’re using a VPN, if you have any ad blockers or extensions running, or anything else notable that might help us figure out why this is affecting a small number of people. Hi Andrea. Welcome to the community.
First of all, did you search in your spam or deleted items folder?
Also, by any chance , is you browser Firefox?
According to some users, Firefox is not compatible, but Chrome is.

I can’t find the email on the scaler website before account registration :frowning:

My Info:
I registered the forum after trying to register a scaler music account with firefox.
As you see I´m in the forum …that worked via firefox.The acount registration:
Did not work..

I also subscribed the mailinglist in the last night.and did not receive anything until now.
18 hours later:
DId not work..

I now registered a second email with crome browser and subscribed the mailing list.
Im waiting… nothing happens :thinking:
DOes not work!

So I think I need some help from the scaler suport..

works.
