May not be a bug, I may be missing something. Any help appreciated, as new to Scaler3. The mixer button is present when starting a new project, but disappears soon after, I can no longer see it below the midi button.
I’m still not seeing the mixer button when using as an AuV3 within AUM/LogicPro (iOS on iPad pro) Stand alone is ok. A little help/advice please folks..
It’s because you are using “Scaler 3 Control”, which is the MIDI processor version of the plugin. It only transmits MIDI so a mixer makes no sense.
You need to load Scaler as an instrument plugin, which is just called “Scaler” in AUM. You’ll only see this option in AUM on an audio channel.
At the risk adding to the confusion you can also load Scaler 3 into an audio FX slot in AUM as “Scaler 3 Audio”. Personally I never use that flavour.
