If I have multiple tracks and I go to the Arrange screen, I can’t see any of the options for tracks except for the Main Track. Selecting any of them makes the options (the but on the left with Length, Octave etc) disappears. I can only make it reappear if I switch to the Chord Explorer page and then back). I’ve attached a link to a screen recording of it. Watch the left of the Mixer. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Welcome to the community.
I am Windows user, but I believe the principle is similar because the behavior is similar (according to what I see in your video):
If you click on a track and no options are visible, just click on the chords of that track, and the options will reappear. If you use several types of Motions, you can click on any of them and change the options accordingly.
Case 1;
Click on the track or on the header of the track (1)
Options (2) are not visible.
Case 2:
Click on chords (1)
The options reappear (2)
Case 3:
Click on one type of motions: (1)
The options for the selected Motion are displayed.
Click on a different Motion on the same track (2):
As you may see, not only the options are displayed, they are also adapted to each Motion.

Maybe it should default to selecting the first motion…but it’s not a bug.
