Hi @JuanCa . The frozen license message is related to Beatport Access which is a Plugin Boutique initiative, so the Scaler Music team is unfortunately unable to resolve this for you. If you have raised a support ticket with Plugin Boutique I’d say they will respond to you when possible.
You may like to check other forum posts here on the topic as others seem to have found interim solutions for Scaler 2, which may help whilst you wait for a response from PB: Scaler2 and Beatport Access
