Im getting Random Crashes in Studio One 7 (MacBook Pro 2019 Sequoia 15.3.2) Pretty much unusable at this point.

Hello. Very important - did you reboot your machine after install. If you still have problems,
please provide your version of Reaper, OS, Event Log error if possible.
I have Reaper 7.35 on Win 11, and everything work fine at this moment.
I’m having the same issue in Bitwig 5.3.2 and in Studio One 6.6.4. Both VST2 and VST3 crash, but the standalone works.
Here, Logic Pro (latest version) user, also experiencing crashes somewhat frequently. The annoying part is that I lose all progress made in the app when this happens.
Is there a way to save my progress as a workaround until they fix this bug?

EDIT: It’s clear Scaler 3 is conflicting with a pre existing plugin, however finding which one it is is a needle in a haystack with trial and error, and even then it only identifies the conflict. Praying for a patch soon.
I am on Windows 10 and experiencing many crashes, usually from trying to bring up a VST. So far I have lost a lot of good ideas for compositions. It would be great to have a save feature to avoid the losses and bug fixes for VST problems. These are all in stand alone mode. My DAW is Studio One 7 but I have not tried Scaler 3 in the daw yet.

I did reboot. The crashing problems remain.
Same here. Using Mac M4 Ableton Live 12.1
Reboots don’t alleviate crashing.

Now it is crashing every single time I try to open it. I cleaned the registries, deleted excess files, uninstalled and re-installed the program and it crashes every time I try to open it. Any help would be appreciated. Sweetwater Creation Station, Windows 10, 32 gigs ram. This is happening in the stand alone version. My DAW is Studio One 7.1 Pro. I haven’t tried it there yet.

Happy to report after downloading 3.0.1 I noodled around for hours without experiencing a single crash……. quickest resolution ever!
Had no problems for the first few hours of use. Now it’s crashing logic every few minutes. Just a single instance of S3 with no other plugins used. Only thing that changed in that time is that I started favouriting a few phrases.
Welcome @classiclogan Hmm interesting re: favourites. Have you restarted and rebooted your machine since? Going to send you 3,0.1 via DM. Install that and restart your machine and let us know how you go please.

Here is an arranger issue I seem to be able to replicate on my system.
If I have a chord progression loaded. Then add two more tracks in scaler. Bass track with notes and a Melody track with notes.
I press play in Scaler 3 not in Bitwig.
After cycling through the loop once, some of the midi notes get stuck on track 1 (the original chord progression).
Midi panic doesn’t work, and the Scaler 3 play button no longer works.
The only way to stop the tracks is remove Scaler 3 from the Bitwig track.

I’ve recently added some new VSTs but Scaler 3 won’t finish scanning for plugins and never finds them.
It only searches one directory…it really needs custom directory selection choices as I have many VST’s not in this location.
Just wanted to post an update since release.
I’m using logic latest version and have been using scaler 2 for sometime now.
Scaled 3 crashes like crazy literally everytime I make any type of change or selection I have to save it because it crashes. It’s somewhat useful but I’ll be patient and wait for the patches
Mac Mini m2 pro. Sequoia latest. Crashes Pro Tools more often than not.
It’s a fantastic program, but a few too many issues to confidently use it at the moment. I still like to experiment with it, but I find I am still going back to Scaler 2 at this time for the stability.
I have no doubts that the kinks will be ironed out in good time. All good!

Scaler 3 crash- will not open FL Studio vst 2 and 3. Crashed twice, got it to open and register, used and IMMEDIATELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE NEW VERSION!!! for 20 minutes, crashed now will not start. Seemed to become very unstable switching windows and tried mixer and emotions then crashed and will not restart. Win 11 and all updates, Intel 19, very fast SSD + 2tb, FL 24.2 Will try reinstall without drive scan for vst. Maybe try uninstall Scaler 2.
