This Template is different because a Ryhthm has been made with the Main Track chords. Please could you point me to how this was achieved as I have had no success in reproducing this. I can right click to half chord length but when I try to duplicate the chord it will not let me. I can do it on the template and it works fine but it doesn’t work on a fresh project despite me following the same settings in the set up menu. Is there a tutorial that more clearly covers this feature? It’s a really cool new feature by the way.
Hi. Have you changed your Division setting from one bar? (top right of the Arrange Page or three dot menu in Section C on the Browse Page).
NO I hadn’t. I rewatched your first introductory tutorial for Scaler 3 (1 yr ago) and found the information at the end of that tutorial. Sometimes you simply forget the basics. Thanks for replying.
Incidentally Carbon Electra 2 is amazing. It sets a new Standard for vst synths, and particularly for sequencers.
Oh glad that sorted it for you. We have a Scaler 3.3 coming in a few weeks and I think of it as a ‘Coming of Age’ update. Apart from some really great new features and lots of new content it has so many quality of life improvements that it just makes it feel much nicer to use overall.
