I saw the Arrange page in Scaler, and I think its core function is essentially the previous “Performance” mode.
In Performance mode, there are many words that I don’t understand. For example, in the rhythm section, there are many terms that are unclear to me.
So, will this be improved in Scaler 3.0?
It is essentially the same thing but from what I understand is you can edit the phrases also which is dope
It kind of looks like a DAW within a DAW. I assume you can output each track’s midi to a Host DAW track; correct?
I very very very very much hope so… otherwise it’d be a bit pointless. In implementation, you’d have to be able to assign your separate DAW tracks to the various Scaler parts, so I’m imagining that one instance of Scaler 3 might have a lot of possible outputs, one for each Scaler “track” so you can assign one of them to the input of each of your individual DAW tracks - that’s what I hope…

Scaler 3’s Arrange page builds on Performance mode, but clearer terminology would definitely help. Hopefully, future updates improve clarity in the rhythm section!
