Scaler (3.1) error with install package from Plugin Boutique - Mac OS

The package has an error when installing.

[number]-Scaler-3.1.0-New.pkg

“The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.”

An error occurred while running scripts from the package, specifically “.pkg#scanner”. My guess this is the VST/VST3/AU scanner. The UI for this does not show.

This does not happen with the installer from Scalermusic. It installs without error.

Hi @dbmaj7, thanks for reporting this. We’ve just released Scaler 3.1.1 - hopefully this update resolves the error you encountered with the Plugin Boutique installer. If you get a chance to try it, I’d be keen to hear how it goes. Cheers.
