Here is what can be made with SC3 using a workflow that is totally different from the past, when I automated everything using patterns extensively
Now, I automate the bare minimimum because robots bore me to death 
(not mentioning the AI crap)
I am not a video fan, so here is just 1 picture showing that I use Keys lock but without touching the Chord triggers (yellow-bottom keys): this way I can deliver chords and grace notes manually, so using my brain, my creativity and my hands to deliver rhythms, velocities and dynamics
(too bad that @jamieh is no more in the forum, as he could have been proud of my move toward dynamics
