This may be intended - or a small bug.
Actions: Select any preset (e. g. New Session); Add some cords to the main track; think “oh dear I want to start again”; re-select the same preset as before.
Outcome: nothing happens.
Desired outcome: work is lost; selected preset is applied.
Inconsistent: Because selecting any other preset (not the original) will reset to that selected preset.

Update: On the “Main Presets” dialogue leaving the right-side option of “Template” gives this behaviour (i. e. nothing happens). However, selecting the “All” option and then “Template - New Session [Default]” does reset…
