Adding the “Black Keys” KL bind for triggering chords is a nice addition and often intuitive when jamming around. Good stuff. But being obliged to stay in this mode when using any “Chord Notes/Extentions/Scales” is missing a workflow option I feel.
I often need to make a few overdubs to get melody right, on top of any chord foundation. Not I lay down the Chord triggers 1st. Then Mute them and record via Keylock. This still give me a little more potential room for noodling with right hand also but only if I can be allowed to bind those modes to “ALL KEYS”.
I guess its a question of Keyboard economy too. You obviously get more Chord trigger notes or less key range used up by chosing “ALL” for Active bind Keys.
Would love to see this reinstated as an option.
