I exported a (correct) mid. file with Studio One (from Chord Track or instrument-track from an old scaler2 project).
Each Note in full length/long/legato for every Note). Importing this File in Scaler3 with “record button” and folder icon works. Scaler puts all Chords on the create Page - Section A.
Putting these Chords to the Main Track works too. But: The Length of the chords are not preserved.
Is there a way to import a .mid file in the arranger-track with preserved length of all chords?

Under 3.1.0.7 in the release notes you write: “Drag & Drop MIDI Files directly onto Scaler 3 for instant analysis”. That works, but the length of the Chords in the midfile is still not imported as described above. It seems you’re still working on that
- or am i missing something?

Hi, hitherto we have not had a feature that preserves the timing of chords. It’s a bit difficult given the variety of input information you can have (notes, chords, mono, poly etc). Im sure there’s some option but not at that stage yet.
