When loading Scaler 3 Audio onto an audio track in Live 12, as soon as hit the record button, CPU usage goes through the roof and so overloads the system, neither chord detection nor playback is possible.
Hi @TheChuce welcome to the forum. This was a known issue, primarily on Windows with earlier versions of Scaler 3 and has been resolved in the latest v1.0.7 update. So please make sure you have downloaded and installed this update and rebooted your computer.
