I was just wondering, because I have the Captain Chords Epic plugins and was
thinking of adding it, or is it similar to Scaler 3?
I am on a PC with Windows 10 and use Reaper as my DAW.
Thanx

Hi @tfmc Yes I downloaded it to give it a try. It’s a great concept but like many of these things it’s a hit and miss or ‘roll the dice’ until you find something you like. The chords and baselines it suggests seem fairly rudimentary but certainly having something like Scaler 3 at hand can help you from there. I think there are possibly other (free) ways to get the same info…
davide,
Thank you for the reply!
That was exactly what I wanted to hear.
No Hype or down-talking, just honest feedback.
I wish there were a trial version, but after giving it much consideration,
I think I will pass on it for now.
What other items, like you suggested, “other (free) ways to get the same info” are available?
Thanx again,
And,
Long Live Scaler #3
I have both and like them each for different reasons reasons. I feel like I can get a little more complex with Scaler 3 and when I want quick and easy I use Epic.
