I am trying to scan my plugins and while doing this plugins from XLN audio, like XO, Life ex. comes up with a serious error. I can continue though.
Iv tried Both VST3 and AU.
Tried Scaler 3 standalone and plugin too within Ableton Live.
Always gets this error at the end, Error occurred while scanning your plug-ins! (Error 2)

I’m getting this same error message on a Windows 11 Pro machine. Same happens with standalone or within Studio One 7 Pro. For this issue I’m missing most of my plugins.

Ok did another try today and discovered I had a Virus protection application running specific for applications on my Mac.
Disabling this did the trick, silly me 
It is still crashing for me. Is there a log file somewhere that can be checked to determine which plugin is causing the error? I am on Windows 11 using the standalone to scan plugins.
I have a feeling this is the issue that’s causing Reaper to crash for me. I’ve already identified that it’s Scaler 3 conflicting with other VST’s of mine. Very annoying
In the standalone version I get this error also
Scaler 3 will not load in Pro tools. Pro Tools wants to exclude Scaler 3 from plugin list.
