Error occurred while scanning your plug-ins! (Error 2)

Getting an error scanning plugins.

What does this mean?

Scan sees some new VST3’s but never adds them to the list.

Is this a known bug 3.2.2?

Will it be fixed in 3.3?

@Miki I ended up deleting the files and running the scan as administrator and when I opened Scaler all my vsts were there.
