First note of the note is played short in Ableton Live 12

The first note of the loop is always been played short.

Hi @Troppored welcome to the forum. When manually triggering chords via MIDI in your DAW, it is best to disable DAW sync mode in Scaler, so it is not attempting to play its own chord progression.

Could you please try right clicking on the play button in Scaler 3 and disabling DAW sync mode? This can also be done via the settings menu.
