Is it not possible to drag audio loops from Logic’s loop browser into Scaler 3.1?
Hi @Tedness are you trying to drag audio files onto Scaler 3 for detection purposes? This will only work with non-copy protected audio files. Perhaps there is some copy protection on Logic’s loop files.
Hi @Tristan. That is indeed what I was trying to do. I thought that might be the problem, so I dragged some audio loops from the loop browser into my project and bounced them in place (converted them to audio). However, I still can’t drag any of them into Scaler for detection. Is it possible some sort of copy protection remains, even after the conversion?
Hey Ted. You can’t drag any of Logic’s native MIDI or Audio back into a hosted plugin. Doesn’t work for Scaler 3 or any another plugin. That’s a Logic limitation.
