Learning the basics of Scaler 3. Why when I click on the play arrows in any section (chord set, current state, main track) does nothing play? I can press a chord and hold it down and preview it but nothing happens when I hit the Play arrows

Hi @LeesKeys Can you send us more information about your OS, whether you use a DAW (which one) or standalone, which exact version of Scaler 3 (3.2 is the most recent if you don’t have it)?
Normally, the play buttons work fine.
If you use standalone, can you click on Options button (1) , then on Audio/MIDI settings (2)
and check that your audio device is recognized (3) and MIDI inputs are well checked i.e. active. (4).
If in a DAW, please be sure that the record button is active on the track hosting Scaler 3.
Also, be sure that the default instrument is active (Felt Piano). If this is not a case, you should probably reinstall Scaler 3 with internal instruments.
But If you don’t have or don’t want to use the internal istruments, you can set a different instrument (one of your plugins, in my case, Prophet) in the mixer on the Arrange page.
