Hello everyone ! I am making this request because in my case I had to do several reinstallations due to an unstable system. So, this way, we wouldn’t have to contact you every time to ask for your account to be reset. In my opinion, such a system should be considered essential.
Hi @pgdesormeaux Yes I think whilst doing its job our licensing system needs users to be able to manage their own activations and be tied to machines. This is a high priority once we have Scaler 3.2 and iOS released so hopeful to address this early in 2026. For now our support team are very quick and responsive. Thanks for your patience.
