I cannot find the sound folder
Somebody knows where it is?

It seems the engine of the S3 has been totally rewritten. Old settings and options won’t connect with the new interface. Had the same problem. Tried two steps installation (one - for vsts and stuff and the second - for the instruments (to try to put the library aside since it has already been alot on sitting on the system drive C.) Never succeeded.
After deep scanning the drives I found the newly installed Sounds folder. The installer had ignored my location instructions completely and had put it all onto the C drive. Where? Found mine at C:\Users\Public\Documents\Scaler Music\Scaler 3\Sounds.
Once found, I did compare it with the Sounds folder from previous Scaler 2 version.
It looks like they are the same (why not? The Scaler was all about chord progressions, not the sounds). Maybe the support will come up with something like scalersettings.exe applet to make a change the path possible. But not now. No such thing.
P.S. you may want to try wiztree FREE software scanner app. to locate files on the drives.
