Urgh! I suspect our ages are quite different 
Anyway, I see a lot of videos about music, but in case of tutorials there are some reasons why I don’t like them so much
- Rarely they go straight to the point (I think that YT forces you to stay longer than needed); Scaler team videos are the exception that confirms the rule, but most of the others suck to me; too much quips and special effects, and too little substance
- their information are not indexable, so you are forced to play them from start to end to retrieve a certain forgotten tip
- a lot of time and effort are needed to make videos if you are not a videomaker
Anyway, I made 3 videos about Scaler as a test
