Scaler 3 tempo mismatch

my daw project (Cubase pro 14) is set to 100bpm, daw sync is on, yet the tempo display in scaler 3 shows 120, why does it not adjust automatically ?

Hi @proteus

Works fine in my system. I have Cubase 14 Pro. Here is picture and under picture my computer specs.

PC Environment:
DAW: Cubase 14 Pro
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Audio card interface: Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 3rd Generation
Memory RAM: 16,0 Gb
Windows 11 Home 64bit latest release

weird, it doesn’t work in mine, I have the same DAW and version as you

I have maybe stupid question , but have you restarted your computer after Scaler 3 installing?

no but you shouldn’t need to after installing a .vst3, just the DAW itself

I still recommend restart your computer.

In my case the tempo in the DAW had to be adjusted so Scaler can pick it up. I think it is a bug.

Hi @proteus and @akos.botos – hope you’re both well. Just checking in to see if the tempo mismatch issues you encountered were resolved after doing a clean install and update to version 1.0.6? Cheers.

to be honest, I’m not sure if it was the clean install or the latest update as I only used it again after the 3.05 was installed and it seems ok after that

It is working now on my main Mac. I will check on the otherone where I have seen the issue originally.
