Scaler 3 - Crashes in Cubase 14 (Win10)

Scaler 3 crashes in Cubase 14 (latest Version / Win10 up2date).

Tried to load Scaler 3 as an instrument IN AN EMPTY project causes return to desktop.
This is repeatable.

It runs standalone, there are no ASIO Drivers available as others said.

Unusable software. I´m verdisappointed.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
In my case this helped out:
Uninstall Scaler 3 an d reboot.

After Reboot: (Re)install Scaler 3 (Dont Start Scaler or your Daw!)
Now Reboot again. - Then Start Cubase with an empty Projekt and load Scaler 3 as an instrument.

In my case Scaler loaded properly and it works since then.
