I’m a long time Scaler user here, Mac and iOS.
In fact I was a member of the Scaler 2 iOS beta-test group in 2022 and up until recently had the full all features version running on my devices.
This problem may have started when I updated to iPad OS 18.6.2. I’m not sure because I hadn’t used the iPad app in a while. It definitely worked prior to that time because I had a GarageBand file that was left open from some time ago and just recently, when I launched GarageBand I was promptly alerted that the Scaler plugin in my project was not installed. When I launched the standalone version of Scaler almost all the menus were grayed out, and eventually I got the unlock for $ notice and the restore purchases did not work.
I followed the instructions that Davide had provided to other users here having issues in the past with this, but without success.
Would my version as a beta-tester be the problem?
