Scaler 1.8.1, Logic Pro X - crashes all the time

Here are the details, this is reproducible every time so good for bug finding bad for me :slight_smile:

If you switch on Arpeggio and Voicing Lock and hit the play icon after recording in a few notes, it crashes every time :frowning:

Still crashing all the time for me too unfortunately. Happens when I open a session containing scaler. I’ve tried a reboot. Turning off core audio lets me open the session without loading plugins so I’ve removed all scaler plugins and it seems to work fine without crashing. I’ll email you the report.

have you upgraded Logic X to 10.5 ? I’ve been using Scaler and now Scaler 2 (you must upgrade to Scaler 2, it will blow your mind and the upgrade is $15 on Plugin Boutique) for some time, and I’ve not experienced a crash yet. I’m running Mojave 10.14.6, and Logic Pro X 10.5.0, and the following instruments (Scaler 2, Omnisphere 2 w/ScalerControl 2, Hybrid, Kontakt 6 (DM-307), and some Logic Strings and I’ve not had a crash. I did upgrade to a SSD last week and I’m running fast & smooth. Try Logic Pro X 10.5 and Scaler 2, good luck.
