I love Scaler and have used Scaler 2 loving it. I eagerly got Scaler 3 the day it came out. Now 3 times I have been using it in Reaper where I spend a bunch of time on a project, save it, but then when I try to open it again in Reaper, it crashes. I have tried everything that I can think the remedy but nothing works. I have lost many hours of work because of this, as well as the money I paid to upgrade. It’s disappointing. This should not have been released with this kind of bug. What should I do? Can I have my money back?
Hey @Tone62 Welcome to the forum, we have many Reaper users and use Reaper ourselves without issue. Have you installed the latest version (Scaler 3 1.0.7) and reset your machine? Open a vanilla session of Reaper and a new session of Scaler 3 (no templates) and then save and reopen your project. If you are still having problems please send us a crash report so we can see what is going on on your end.
