I’ve found online reference to “Scaler 3 supports real time play of different arrangement voices” but can’t figure out how to actually do that. When I’ve created multiple tracks in arrangement view, the only voice I can hear using my keyboard is the main track, but would love to be able to hear in real time (without the transport playing) individual notes played in the different arrangement voices / tracks. Has anyone figured out how to do this, or are we stuck only playing whatever voice is attached to the main track in real time? Thanks
HI @Buckaroo And welcome to the forum. Yes if I understand you correctly at the moment you can only use your main track instrument as your performance instrument. We plan on allowing MIDI in for each channel which makes sense but will take some time to integrate. I’d hope for this toward June this year (2025).
Hi Davide! Thanks for taking the time, and yes, it feels like you got the gist of what I was trying to say. Just knowing that this is on the radar and in the works is fantastic. Being able to change what instrument in the arrangement page you can play on a keyboard in real time or in a live setting would be another game changer for sure. I look forward to it!
