If I like some of the pre-made progressions is there an easy way to change them to a different key

Seems like the pre made progression are set in a particular key. How would i easily transpose these to a a new key? I mainly use Scaler as a tool to partice guitar with. Thanks so much.

How to change the key in Scaler 3?

This is probably obvious to anyone who has used Scaler before, but I can not see how to change the key of the song from the default C Major. How can I change the key to F Major? Please and thanks
