I must be doing something wrong, I really like the idea of having a DAW within the VST but the 16 bar cap is really limiting my creativity process and is forcing me to go through workarounds such as having a duplicate of the same exact Scale 3 setup but with the 17-32 bar setup, and gate them using modulation in Ableton Session mode.
There is no 16 bar limit. On the Browse page, you can add unlimited number of chords which are then displayed in the Main Track on the Arrange page. Unfortunatelly, I don’t use Ableton, so I cannot help you with this part.
I was just now realizing that from the arrange page, you can still drag past 16, but only one bar at a time. If I hold and drag the limiter it won’t scroll to the right. When I release the drag it shoots me back to the first bar completely on the left.
I didn’t find any settings to set the current session cap either.
You can still drag & drop multiple chords well past the 16th bar. If you drag and drop them into the Main Track on any of the three pages, the Main Track automatically expands.
@GoliathGrouper That is the best way to do it at the moment for sure, even though the sequencer will not scroll as you’re trying to drag everything to the right.
