I don’t know if it was already talked about here but i’d like to see the option to Force To Scale like it was possible in Scaler 2.
Maybe it’s already implemented in Scaler 3 but i haven’t found it in the user guide nor the plugin.
I personally found that feature really useful to be able to switch to another scale while keeping the actual chord progressions. I used it a lot and still using Scaler 2 for that feature.

This one seems to get many users. The lock icon to the right of Section A will force browsed chords into your current Scaler. Joshua did a nice short video on it over at Plugin Boutique:

I second this. Something about being able to immediately force a chord set into a scale from a drop down list feels far more immediate on Scaler 2. Whereas with version 3 “Detect” and “All Scales” placement makes them feel like chord sets rather than seperate functions.
Having two very tiny windows for section A and section B feels more akin to switching between tabs in google chrome. Additionally the force to scale feature seems need you to unlock the icon next to the selected chord set then re-engage it in order for the effect to take place.
A workflow I enjoyed was choosing a chord set, adding it to the sketch pad, then forcing the chordset into a parallel scale and mixing and matching in the sketchpad.
Yeah I get that. Some compromises needed to be made. However All Scales (Diatonic Chords) and Detect (Detected Chords) do result In Chord Sets so I think they are in the right place. Funny I really disliked the dropdowns in S2!
There are some really nice and significant things coming to Scaler 3.4. It will sit right in that area and I think our users will love it.
