it works, but a “proper” implemented drum track function (with basic internal drum sounds) would be a nice feature which should be added in one of the next versions…

I just discovered that I can add a User Track (under Articulations) and then add Superior Drummer as the instrument for that track and then load up a MIDI Groove in the Superior Drummer track with follow host selected. Then…when I hit play in Scaler it triggers Superior Drummer to play the groove and I can jam along by triggering the chords in Scaler and playing whatever. This might be obvious to others but I was delighted to discover this. Works in both standalone and plugin mode. I also tried this with the Korg Electribe plugin. Great Fun!

Thanks for sharing, @Unlistenable ! I just finally got around to opening Scaler 3 (standalone), thought I would read through some of the forum posts, came across your post, stumbled quickly to the right place in Scaler 3, quickly added Wave Alchemy’s Triaz, clicked the “HOST SYNC” button next to its “play” icon, and away I go! Fun indeed!
