Division Resolution for Midi editing missing?

Hi,

I tried to manipulate the midi notes in the midi editor and did not find any setting to set the division like 1/4, 1/16 etc. There is such a setting in the main arrange window, but not for the mdi editor. When I add midi notes, they all are based on 1/8 notes. And even if I choose the scissor, nothing happens. The scissor does nothing to a note. What’s wrong? Did I miss something? Looked at the manual and found nothing regarding the note division for the midi editior.

This is not consistent. Sometimes it works, but 95% no go. I really need to have 16th notes in my work. Very frustrating.
